Shipment and Delivery
Processing Duration:
All orders are processed within 2-3 weeks for domestic shipment and 2-4 weeks for international shipment.
Delivery Duration:
Delivery of the order is done within 4-5 weeks. (Delivery duration depends on the location and shipment provider)
Shipment Tracking:
We provide shipment tracking id once the order is processed. Tracking id will be sent via email.

10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays.
Signature is required upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member , AbstractArtbySS takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
AbstractArtbySS is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Shipping and handling rates are based on the product size, packaging and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will be shown about this before making payments.

We make sure that we deliver the order within defined timeline supported by our delivery dept. We send all consignments through speed delivery. There may be delay due to transport issues, natural calamity, strikes and jams.

- a. Articles booked and to be delivered within identified PIN codes-for Metro Cities.
- b. Articles booked and to be delivered within Municipality limit-for cities other than Metro cities.
- c. Articles booked and to be delivered within the same PIN code delivery jurisdiction- for Small Towns (Kasbas) or Mufussil areas having no defined town delivery area

**Free Shipment
Free Shipment is only applicable for orders above $700 for international customers and INR 10000 for indian customers
